In various projects, we used timber as a structural material; walls, floors and roofs made of cross-laminated timber (CLT). The material not only has great environmental benefits, including CO2 storage, but it also has great aesthetic potential thanks to its natural pattern and warm appearance. As all components are prefabricated in the factory, the structure of the building can be erected quickly and construction time on site is much shorter than with more traditional building systems.
