Urban living is central to many of our projects. This can be in the context of a single-family house for a private client or a residential building for a group of homeowners or professional developer. Although the assignments vary in scale and complexity, the thinking on how to design living is not very different. In designing homes, we take behavioural and usage patterns as a starting point; how can a space be inviting to a particular use, how can it evoke a certain mood, and how can it enhance contact with others and the environment?
